Ingredients
The ingredients list for this Grasshopper Cocktail is pretty simple. You don’t have to have the mint sprig (optional garnish), even though it will make the drink look prettier! The full ingredient list is as follows:
- Ice
- Green Crème De Menthe
- White Crème De Cacao
- Heavy Cream
- Mint Sprig (Garnish)
Equipment
To make this great tasting Grasshopper drink, you’ll need a cocktail glass and a cocktail shaker. We prefer to use a metal shaker as they seem to get the mixture colder, but any shaker type will do.
Recipe Steps
The steps for this drink really simple! Just add the ice, alcohol, and heavy cream to a cocktail shaker. Shake until well mixed and cold.
Then, strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a mint sprig.

- 1 1/2 oz. green crème de menthe
- 1 1/2 oz. white crème de cacao
- 1/2 oz. heavy cream
- 1 Mint Sprig (Garnish)
- Ice
Instructions
- Add ingredients (except mint) to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake until well mixed and cold.
- Strain drink into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
