Recipe Steps
The steps to make this cocktail are pretty straightforward. Just pour the Butterscotch Schnapps into the shot glasses and gently layer on the Irish Cream. We used Bailey’s Irish cream in this recipe, but you can use any brand or make your own.

Ingredients
- 1 oz butterscotch schnapps
- 1/2 oz Irish cream liqueur
Instructions
- Pour the butterscotch schnapps into a chilled 2 oz shot glass.
- Using the back of a bar spoon, float the Irish cream on top of the schnapps.
