- Mint Leaves
- Fresh Lime Juice
- White Rum
To make this great-tasting Blackberry Mojito, you’ll need a highball glass and a muddle stick. We prefer to use a metal muddle stick as they are easier to clean, but a traditional wooden type will do.
The steps for this drink are straightforward. Add the mint leaves, blackberries, and lime juice into each Collins glass. Muddle the ingredients together, allowing the mint oil to leave the plant and mix with the other flavors, especially the blackberry juice.
Then, fill each glass with crushed ice. Next, add the rum, and top off each glass with Sprite. Add a sprig of mint, a lime wedge, and a couple of whole blackberries as a garnish to finish off this refreshing Blackberry Mojito.
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 4 oz rum
- 10 leaves fresh mint
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 oz Sprite
