Santa Tart Recipe
The Santa Tart cocktail is a great holiday get-together drink made individually by the glass, or the recipe can get scaled up for a large party or even a tailgate before the big game.
A big shout out to Jay for passing this recipe along to us
This cocktail is a great tasting drink, and the fruity juice flavor masks the double shot of vodka in each glass. Because it tastes so good, you won’t realize that you have asked for another and then another.

How to make a Santa Tart Cocktail?
Making a Santa Tart cocktail is really easy. Just gather together the Ingredients and equipment below and add them all together. Be sure to add the ice first as you want the liquid ingredients to splash over the ice on the way down the glass and chill as they go.
The ingredient list for the Santa tart cocktail only contains three items. You can use any vodka brand that you wish, but like with most drinks, using a high-quality brand will enhance the overall flavor of your drink. You may also feel free to substitute the cranberry juice with crangrape juice.
- Vodka (we prefer higher-end like Titos or Grey Goose)
- Cranberry juice or Crangrape juice
- Redbull Energy drink
There is not really an equipment list for the Santa tart drink except for a highball glass. If you are making this drink for an outdoor get-together or even a tailgate, you will want to use plastic disposable cups and not have the risk of glass breaking.
- 3 oz Vodka Higher-end Vodka will have a better taste
- 5 oz Cranberry Juice Can use Crangrape
- 1 oz Redbull
- 1 wedge Lime Or use a lemon Wedge
- 1 cup Ice
- Fill a highball glass with the ice.
- Add Vodka to the glass.
- Pour in the cranberry juice.
- Top off with the Redbull.
- Garnish with either the lime or lemon wedge.
