What are Mini Beers made of?
There are just two ingredients for this Mini Beer Shot. Be sure to chill the Licor 43 (we prefer to place the liqueur in the freezer) before making this shot! The complete ingredient list is listed below:
- Licor 43
- Heavy Cream
What type of alcohol is Licor 43?
Licor 43 is a sweet, vanilla-flavored Spanish vanilla liqueur produced in Cartagena, Spain. It comprises 43 different ingredients/herbs and spices, which is how its name came to be.
The steps for this drink are straightforward. Just fill 2/3 of a shot glass about with chilled Licor 43. Using the back of a spoon (a bar spoon is preferred, but any will do), float a layer of heavy cream almost to the top of the shot glass. This will look like a mini beer head on top.
