Bermuda Rum Swizzle Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Black/Dark rum
  • 4 oz Gold rum
  • 6 oz Pineapple juice
  • 6 oz Orange juice
  • 3/4 oz Grenadine
  • 6 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 1 Orange slice Garnish
  • 1 Pineapple cube Garnish
  • 1 Luxardo Cherry Garnish
  • 6-8 cups ice

Instructions

  • Fill a tall pitcher about 1/3 full of ice
  • Add the Black Rum, Gold Rum, Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, Grenadine and bitters to the pitcher.
  • Stir until well mixed and cold.
  • Strain into 4 chilled low ball glasses filled with ice.
  • Garnish each cocktail with an orange slice, a pineapple cube and the Luxardo cherry.
