Ingredients

  • 6 mint leaves
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz white rum
  • 2 oz pomegranate liqueur
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 3 cups ice

Instructions

  • Add the mint leaves, simple syrup, and 1 tbsp of the pomegranate seeds into a shaker cup.
  • Muddle the ingredients together, allowing the mint oil to leave the plant and mix with the other flavors.
  • Add the lime juice, rum, and pomegranate liqueur to the shaker.
  • Shake until well mixed and cold
  • Fill a high ball glass with ice.
  • Strain the cocktail into the glass.
  • Top off with the club soda.
  • Sprinkle in a few pomegranate seeds into the glass.
