Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1/2 oz passion fruit liqueur
  • 1 oz passion fruit puree
  • 1/2 oz lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 oz vanilla simple syrup
  • 1 1/2 oz shot Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1/2 passion fruit garnish

Instructions

  • Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add the vodka, passion fruit liqueur, passion fruit puree, lime juice, and vanilla simple syrup to the shaker.
  • Shake vigorously until well-mixed and cold.
  • Strain into a chilled glass (Martini, Coupe, or Margarita)
  • Garnish the cocktail by floating a passion fruit that has been cut in half.
  • Pour the Champagne or Sparkling wine into a shot glass and serve on the side
