Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/4 oz grenadine
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tbsp whipped cream
  • 1 maraschino Cherry Garnish

Instructions

  • Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
  • Add the vodka and pineapple juice into the shaker.
  • Shake until well mixed and cold.
  • Split cocktail between 2 2oz shot glasses.
  • Using the back of a bar spoon, gently pour half of the grenadine syrup down the side of each shot glass. The slower the pour, the more the syrup will settle to the bottom and not thoroughly mix with the rest of the drink.
  • Top each shot glass with 1/2 tbsp of whipped cream.
  • Add the maraschino cherry to the rim of the shot glass as a garnish.
