Make a Liquid Marijuana Drink by adding ice to a cocktail shaker followed by Coconut Rum, Spiced Rum, Midori liqueur, Blue Curacao, Sweet and Sour Mix, and Pineapple Juice.
Shake until blended.
Fill a chilled hurricane glass with ice and strain the cocktail into it. Top it off with tonic water and add garnishes.
